Flexitimers

Flexitimers was a Recruitment website aimed at freelance & part time job seekers. 

When I joined the project the team had launched the first version of Flexitimers, but they were not getting good feedback from early users. Users appeared to be confused by the site, and the founders were not happy with the visual design. 

We tested the site with a combination of usability tests and heatmap analysis on existing traffic to gain a better understanding of our user’s goals. 

Based on the results of this research we decided to refresh the UI and visual design of the site to provide clarity on the users flows, and to produce some animations to quickly explain the website’s unique selling point to businesses and job seekers, who were a mix of part-time workers, freelancers and contractors.
